Crestview considering tougher restrictions on sex offenders

But we also don't want Crestview to become a haven for them because Niceville and Destin have similar ordinances in place.
One by one, cities in Northwest Florida are expanding the state's standard protected zone between sex offenders' homes and areas frequented by children.

well do you expect sex offenders not to work... hmmm that would be pretty productive wouldn't it and they sure would have a whole lot of time on their hands to commit crimes against children
