There are sidewalks already for the kids to make were ever they are walking. 20% of an unknown # might be too much for the city to take on right now with all the pending issues with the water problems. I have no problem adding sidewalks when other issues are taken care of and the economy picks up a little. Until then use the sidewalks that are there already.
