She caused the crash by crossing the centerline, and yet in an attempt to score some "free money", she sues the innocent driver and his employer. I guess there is no right or wrong anymore, so why not. It's like a burglar suing the homeowner when he cuts himself on the window he broke to get in.

Is she going to sue herself for the wrongful death of her children?

The lawsuit says the truck driver was driving too fast for the conditions. I wish the story reported on what the highway patrol thought.

If the truck was driving too fast for the conditions, and her two young kids died because he coudn't stop in time, I'd support the suit.

If the trucker was driving safely and just flat out couldn't stop, she needs to back off.

I'm not well versed in the situation of this accident. But, I would say, if she crossed the center line, how can the driver be at fault?
