Did you know the the Commissioners are 1 short?
One just quit. Maybe too much pressure with area citizens questioning the way they are handling things in the township? Tearing up roads, and sidewalks and not replacing the sidewalks. Kids have no safe place to walk to the school bus, in some areas. The bus stop areas are on the main roads, and no place for the children to safely stand and wait for the bus. Files seem to mysteriously disappear from the office, if there were any files to begin with. Taxes are out of control. Highest, taxes in the area. Secretary/Manager is the highest paid around. People are tired of it. COME to the next meeting on October 8th. Bring your chair. See for yourself, it is out of control. I do not think anyone is really in charge. Certainly not, the president of the board. Is something fishy going on. Who's in charge of the incoming receipts? Who pays the bills? I would not know. I can assume, but, that is not a good thing to do.
We want a reduction in our taxes.(Moon Twp. also, they are greedy and we are all paying for it.) The elderly do not even realize their taxes have been raised. That is unfair to them.....
People are getting walked all over and it's our own fault. Shame on us. The commissioners go to all kinds of Conventions, and guess who pays for them. Three people in one month to, two events. I
would love to have a short vacation. And take the township truck with me. Oh ya, the good life,
at our expense. Stand up and let your voice be heard. Or stay at home, as usual and keep stuffing their pockets with your hard earned cash. What's a few more dollars out of our pay check? We don't need to fill up our gas tanks when they can use that money to take another trip.
Not get the playgrounds fixed correctly. Buy expensive police cars. Who cares?
