Judge Wallar at it again

Judge Wallar was observed walking out of the courthouse without a smile today swearing at his imaginary friend. When asked, Erin of the clerks office, shared that he did not say where he was going or when he would return but that she had to call the partys in the remaining dockets, including numerous subpoened witnessess, to let them know that court had been cancelled and their cases would be continued. One witness who had driven over 50 miles to appear at an afternoon hearing was not notified and angrily remarked as he left the clerk's office that this type of thing only happens in "Mayberry". Actually it happens quite often here in Hocking County in Judge Wallar's court in particular...

Please give him a break, he is a very good Judge.

He's an idiot. I'm not surprised at this revelation either. It's really sad for the children and their families that there isn't a more competent Judge in office.

The Common Pleas Judge is a "coke-sniffer" and the Municipal Court Judge can't move his lips without lying.

By the way, most normal people don't have imaginary friends that they talk to. Judge Wallar needs to find another job and seek professional help.

Cummin, their seem to be more to the Catlin Holdern death and it seem to invole dr. cummin,? why did the good doctor brother quit the partenship with him.? where and who was the Holdern family family doctor,? who gave John holdem his RX/s strange, that he got pick up in lancaster for Crack Concaine and Heroin in his car and his two son's our in jail, and a drug rail was done at holdern home.? where does cummin fit in. Rx cover up or worse., this deal smell like the white power story, and the case is being handle by the Great Beal and Wallar ? I smell smoke

Dr David Cummin is a Mason because a friend of his asked him to join, he has only attened one function and is not that interested in it. As for his brother inlaw leaving the practice, he was offered a job that he didnt have to try to servive in todays world of lets cut payment to doctors. As for where did the rx's come from, try the VA hospital in Chillicothe. Nothing to do with Dr Cummin. and if Dr Cummin had anything to do with a cover up why is it that the family of the girl prosucuted dislikes him for bringing charges against her. It seems your damned if you do and damned if you dont in Hocking county rumor capital of the world!!!
