I wonder how much alcohol was involved and besides the ignorance of not wearing a helmet. Bad enough people decide to ride motorcycles without one but an ATV ... that's asking for a major haed trauma

Sorry this man is dead ! But I have an Important Question to our States finest. Why was this ATV on Taxpapers roads ? It's against the law period. As for him not wearing a helmet that's his stupidness ! When is Police agencies going to enforce the Law ? They drink and drive on them, but the cops can't catch them. But if one is drinking and driving in a automobile your history or soon to be ! Double standards that's all that is period. And Police agencies taking the easy way out. That's why we Ohio taxpayers pay your wages. One last question or comment . How many ATV's are owned by Police Agencies (Twp, Villages, County, State, and Wildlife Dept.)?? Just what I thought.

Timmy --- I am sure the law enforcement had no idea he was out on the roads till the call came in about the accident -- that is a bit ridiculoous -- they aren't around every area when someone is out on any kind of vehicle! And Bodie --- why does alcohol always have to be the first assumption -- even if proven later --- it is always cruel to assume when facts have not been stated!

Roger, i thought the same thing concerning the cops being unable to be there every time someone entered any roadway illeagaly. But by the time i got thru your comment entirely i am sure that i could smell limp wristed bleeding heart liberal. So why would an ADULT your Uncle be on an ATV illegally on a public road with no helmet. I'll hold off on alcohol until BAC is done as required on all fatal accidents .... Unless the Bubbas don't think BEER is alcohol ... Then my mistake.

For the most part, you people are heartless. It's true, that he buried his father earlier in the day. I hope you're proud of your well thought comments. Take a look for yourselves. Please think before you type. http://www.zanesvilletimesrecorder.com/articl...

I think the police enforce the law when they can. They cannot be everywhere at once. I think it was just about a month or two ago that a man was arrested on his bar stool, remember that?

Bodie, I see you write something following just about every story the dispatch publishes. You clearly make Grove City look far worse than it is.
Please stop. Go do something nice for someone because right now, you're a sad little person.
