If its only hearsay then don't write it. You only make things worse for us left back here to mourn for my son. |
||||
Do you really think that makes a difference in all of this? My son is gone and you're talking about possible furnace leaks? As Kenny's mom, and the rest of his family, that doesn't make us feel one damn bit better. Do you ever stop to think that we read these things too? Joey did it no matter what reason and now the love of our life is gone. |

I think that sometimes we need to remember that things happen for a reason and sometimes they are for the best while other times they aren't. I can't say that I fully understand how Kenny's mother feels, but I do know what it is like to lose someone. I understand that she is upset and hurt, but not getting all that anger will never make things any easier. Kenny may not be with us now, but he's definately in a better place and he's definately waiting to see all of us. Kenny was a fantastic guy and he was never meant to be taken the way that he was, but he's in a safe place now and what is more important is that he's got this perfect body.

I'm not sure what you mean by this post, but thank you for writing what you did. I believe things happen for a reason as well, but when something like this happens there is no good reason. I feel unbelievable anger and hatred toward the alleged monster in this case that took my beautiful son from us. There is nothing anyone can say or do or make me understand for one minute that he should receive any forgiveness for what he did or any mercy. He is a monster in every sense of the word and I feel that even hell is too good for him. I hope there isn't a minute that goes by that he isn't haunted by what he did. He still lives, breathes and can see his family. He can talk to them, see them, hug them as well as have visits from his friends. Do you know how we get to see our son now? We have to look at his urn of ashes. Our beautiful baby has been reduced to a 12" x 12" urn sitting in our living rooms. That's how we get to see our son. If there is any justice in this world, that murdering (alledged) monster will get everything he deserves and more. |

1 hello. i dont know you. i dont know your beloved son. i dont know the murderer. i do know the pain of your loss. i feel deeply for you and your pain. you made a comment..."There is nothing anyone can say or do or make me understand for one minute that he should receive any forgiveness for what he did or any mercy. "...i would like to give you a reason... forgive him for yourself. anger and hatred is like a cancer and just like a cancer, it will kill your spirit. if you can forgive him, let it go, you will be able to move on, and get over the loss of your son. i know it isnt an easy thing to do, but it is worth it. and i know to the your son would not want you to spend the rest of your life grieving and bitter. he would want you to move on and live again, for him, for yourselves. this man that murdered your son is not worth the time and heartache it takes to hate him...he is not worth throwing the rest of your life away. he took one life...dont give him the satisfaction of knowing he can so easily take the rest of you as well. |

Mat 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
Mat 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Mar 11:25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. Luk 17:4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him. Luk 23:33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. Luk 23:34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. |

I think it is really cool that you still write on kenny's facebook wall. I got to know your son the summer of 2007 here at CSC and were pretty good friends right up until the incident happened-in fact i had just talked to him less than two hours before the incident. I know that there is nothing that can make what happend any easier,but in time things will get better. I agree there isn't an excuse for what Joe did and he should rightfully pay yet at the same time nobody is asking you to forget what happened but at some point in time you really should consider the term forgiveness. I know that this is difficult and I hope someday God will ease the hurt, so hang in there. He used to talk so much about you which was really cool and sometimes he would mention the song you would sing which really made me smile so I know he misses you a lot. He is in a great place now and someday you'll get to see him and he'll be just as perfect as when he was here if not more so. Please remember that God is only a prayer away, but he can't make anything any eaiser if you don't let him.

Thank you for letting me know that Kenny spoke about me. I haven't come to this page in a long time because its just too painful to write things and sometimes people come back and write things that make me more upset than I can bear. Things don't get any easier. If anything its harder as each day goes by.... because with each day comes the reality that I can't and won't see my son again until I die. I need him and I want him so bad. I miss him so much that I can barely breathe sometimes. I don't want to comment on anything other than the things you told me about Kenny talking about me alot and the song I used to sing to him. You made me smile today, which I don't do much anymore. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing that with me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. love, Kenny's loving mother |

1 So you are living under the old testament? Maybe you should actually study the bible. |
||||
Maybe you should pull your head out of your butt. |

Kenny never did meth. Please don't make comments on things you know nothing about. Just leave him alone. Thanks.

I’m no expert but didn’t Jesus say in Matthew 5:17-19 …“Don’t misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not even the smallest detail of God’s law will disappear until its purpose is achieved. So if you ignore the least commandment and teach others to do the same, you will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven. More importantly shouldn’t we remember the law of love here and have some compassion on a grieving mother whose son was murdered in such a senseless brutal way? I appreciate that you took the time to send the verses about forgiveness. Is it truly in your heart to help her heal? If not, I hope you prayerfully consider your future posts.~Peace be with you. |

It's sad there are even "sides" to this story. Kenny and Joeseph were friends. This is a horrible incident, but this wasn't a case of stranger on stranger violence. I hope all of you personally affected by this accident can see through your anger and defensiveness and truly grieve for what in reality is the loss of two young men. I also find it frankly disturbing how so many people on this blog invoke christianity as some sort of a selling point for their particular take on this. In everyone's search for blame, I now find it ironic that nobody seems interested in indicting fundamentalist christianity. Mr. Hotz's delusions were regurgitations of the dark christian mythology he at least recently, was absorbing in his Kampus Krusade for Krist goings. Please forgive my speculation, given the harsh reality of this situation, but I do not believe this would have happened had Mr. Hotz not been an adherent to such a violent and irrational belief system that fundamental christianity is. Perhaps with his appeal, Mr. Hotz will improve upon his failed insanity plea and blame beezlebub hisself.
