I think Pagano was wrong to storm over Gianquitti's home while hosting children at a birthday party. I can just imagine how the kids ran home and said daddy, daddy, he swore at me. Like they've never heard or said worse themselves. Bottom line is, they DO NOT BELONG IN SOMEONE ELSES YARD!!!! TOO BAD, GET OVER IT!!
Was Pagano trying to look "cool" in front of the children attending the party. He should have instructed his kids to respect the neighbors property and if his kid wanted a party where they could play ball on property other then the property they own he should have spent some money and taken the party elsewhere.

How would Pagano and his father have felt if the bullet missed him and hit one or two of the kids at the party? He wasn't thinking of anyone but himself when he ran over tho Gianquitti's home.
He put everyone at that "party" in jeopardy.
Stupidity, anger and revenge cost him his life!!

My heart goes out to BOTH families because this is a tragedy that could've been prevented. I don't believe that Nicholas Gianquitti intended to kill James Pagano but he shouldn't have been wearing a gun around his waist either.
Mr. Pagano should've instructed his children to stay away from other people's property. It doesn't matter if it was just a ball or not, people need to respect other's property.

Pardon me, Cranston citizen, but it really sounds like you think Mr. Pagano deserved to get shot by this bleep.....if I am wrong, I apologize, but that is what it sounds like on this end. If Gianquitti really despised kids that much, maybe he should have moved. Just a thought.

I don't think Pagano deserved to die. I do think Pagano should have made more of an effort to control his kids and respect his neighbor wishes to keep balls and kids off is lawn.

Really anyone have children here??? Come on ..Like the children intentionally hit his car!!! So a man deserves to be shot and killed...
