Local Baby Undergoing Open Heart Surgery

We are going to have a benefit yard/bake sale for the Dorsey family! Matt & Alicia Bond/ Dorsey has a beautiful little 3 mth old baby girl, Kamryn Dorsey. Kamryn is getting ready to have Open Heart Surgery! The surgery has been moved up due to her condition getting worse! We r getting ready to have a benefit yard/ bake sale to help the family with her surgery, their hotel room, extra spending money to eat on, and to help while Matt is off work while she is in the hospital and at home while she is recovering! She will be in the hospital for at least 1 week! All the proceeds we make from this sale will be given to Matt & Alicia! We r trying to get as many ppl together as we can to put stuff in this yard sale to have 1 HUGE Yard sale! If anybody would have anything they would like to donate to the yard sale it will be greatly appreciated! If u have nothing to donate and would like to bake something for the bake sale that would be great. If u just want to come sit and help with the yard sale we would love that too! lol We r planning on having the Yard/ Bake Sale on Sat. May 30th located 1.5 mile down Erbacon Rd. If anybody is interested in helping out with little Kamryn's surgery please let me know! Anything will be very much appreciated! Please come out MAY 30 th!!

sorry but WE have all had our hours cut back as well. They have insurance to cover that and if they were in such need they would not have just bought a new house, that is Iresponsible.that poor kid

i wish i knew that B-E-F-O-R-E i went and spent my hard earned money on that trash were selling i guess the other kind hearted people and I just made their house payment for their New House for them. Thank you for scamming caring people

Stupid! They are just starting out and with all this on top of them I'm sure its hard! Did you not need help when you were starting out? What if your kid had health issues? Would you not need help with expenses..? Including a house payment....As*hole!

First off they bought a house cause they we're living in his mom's house till they could afford something since they just moved back to the state.. Second off they bought the house before her surgery got moved up.. It wasen't supposed to be till she was 10 mths old! Now the poor lil baby heart has worsened! U think ppl would be happy they are trying to do better for their child but u all think of scamming.You would think u ignorant ppl would have a heart and understand how much they regret buying a house now. Kamryn has amazing parent's whom are putting their child first... Think about her daddy getting hrs cut a lot and the burden he is now carrying on his shoulder's! PPL have a heart! So now it's awful that ppl are trying to help friends earn a lil cash while their lil baby goes in for open heart surgery! I pray God forgives you all for thinking they are scamming cause I promise u nobody is scamming! PPl in this community help other ppl in need! See if anybody helps out u all worthless ppl when ur in need!

who are these people and where do they live if someone does want to contribute to the baby

I am one of the caring friends of Alicia, Matt, and Kamryn. I helped organize the yard sale, spent many hours helping put everything together and spent several hours baking items for the bake sale. There is not one bit of this that is scamming. I think that people on here need to grow up and quit lying on people. Get a life and well obviously u need to get a job to occupy you're time because u seem to spend everyday on here. I know that all of the money raised will be used to help the dorsey family in their time of need. I grew up with alicia and I know what kind of family she is from. They are honest people and you people on here need to get a life and quit lying on other people. Just because they just bought a new house doesnt mean that u are paying their house payment. These are honest people and I know that the money that was made for them will be used for the right reasons. I just hope that God will look over u guys judging people. He is the one that is to judge us not u. And as far as I am concerned u dont want me to find out who u are that put this on here in the first place becasue the dorsey family has enough going on right now and do not need people on here lying on them. So if you have the balls to post this then post your name because I would like to know who has the guts to start lies like this.

I will tell u about this sit! Okay first off I am a friend helping the family. We r raising $$ to help Kamryn's parent's & grandparent's with all expenses when they r in Morgantown with their baby girl while she goes through open heart surgery! She is only 3 months old. Think about how mucn $ they are gonna be spending on a hotel room for at least 10 day's. Think about how much $ they are gonna be spending on food during these 10 day's! Think about all this while Kam's daddy is off working sitting with his daughter unpaid! U all think we're scamming and I promise we're not. None of this $ is going towards a house payment either! This $ goes to help while they r in morgantown. Yes they are gonna try the Ronald McDonald house but they we're told not gaurenteed a room. PPl doesn't have hearts anymore...

First of all you are sorry! Yes everyone is hurting with work and mortgages etc. If you are not aware insurance companies have all kinds of loop holes and deductibles to be met. These two are not irresponsible they are good parents and who are you to judge them on responsibility. Another thing my daughter and her friends had the interest of the family in mind when they planned this yard sale and it was not to do anything that would be to take YOUR hard earned money if it were not for a good reason. There are still people out there who care about their friends and want to help. Maybe sometime you will need help and i hope you have friends to help you. If not remember your comment because it may come back to haunt you.

You cannot be caring saying what you have just said. You have not been scammed and it was for the right reason they had the yard sale. The kind hearted people were the girls who had the yard sale and spent the day doing something good for someone else. Another thing, my daughter did not or would not scam anyone nor would her friends. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I truly hope you never have to need help from your friends because your comment just may come back to bite you in the butt. In this crazy world that we are living in there are still the kind and generous who care about others and it is too bad the ones who criticize and judge the purpose for the good deed don't realize friendship runs deep!

There will be another Yard/Bake sale this sat at the same place there will be alot of food and more items for sale!! If you can Please come and Help out this Family. The baby is 3 months old and has very serious problems. Please think about that. Thanks to everybody who helped at the last sale donating and all the people that came out!!! I would like to say to the people that have had nothing good to say about what we have done for someone in need. We did not set out to take other peoples money, as some of you said "scam" that was not our intentions. We did this for the sake of a good friend in need. Yes everyone is struggling in these times, believe me I am unemployed but yet I helped I donated my money to her. Yes that could of been a few dollars to help me out but no, I know that those few dollars would better spent for Kamryn. And idonno if you all have insurance but insurance doesnt pay for a hotel or a lil something to eat on, or those little necessary bills or all hospital cost. In fact insurance companies scam you quicker then who knows what. I've always been told what comes around goes around...its always something to think about before you go and judge what people do for someone. I would like to add THANK YOU to everything that did care to donate that they knew someone needed help. And it was very clear what were were doing out there. And you need to think the next time you go yard selling anyways that money is pocketed..

We're having another yard & bake sale this sat to help out the Dorsey family with baby Kamryn has her surgery! We have decided to have a raffle with this also. Rikki Knight Photography has made a generous donation for the sale.. We are raffling off a setting fee and a portrait package (1-8x10, 2-5x7 and 8-wallets). Please come out this Sat & help the Dorsey Family. All proceededs from this sale will go directly to the Dorsey family. We're having a hot dog sale this time too.. We would like to thank the Custard Stand for donating chili and Rikki Knight Photography for the portrait package.. You all have no idea how much u are helping this family. May God bless all the ppl that helped out last weekend and made donations.. The sale will be Sat starting at 9am. 1.5 mile down Erbacon Rd.@ the Bostic residence.. this baby is sick and cant defend itself. someone has to help. they have to live somewhere. its not about what the parents its about the baby. if you want to donate money or help pay expenses you can make sure it goes where its supposed to.

how did the last sale go. there was never anything ever said they dont need to beg money from us anymore so they just stop wrriting us on here next time they need money they will be back with some sad story to get our wallets
