I am sorry you have missed most of what went on.Let me try to help.Congress passed the Clean Air law,Bush signed it years ago.1990 ?O.K.Now this dept.is under the present administrations jurisdiction.Obummer said HE would kill coal.So,this EPA is Obummer`s.They are the ones that have raised the limit at least 3 times that the book says,and each time when the limit is complied with,it gets raised,til none can any longer comply.The financial cost of removing coal burners and converting to natural gas is in the millions for each generator.

This cost is being passed to the consumer.We all,including the Aluminum Companies will pay the increased cost of electricity and it drive them also out of business.Maybe to China ,where coal is used for cheap power.Now you complain about jobs going to China or elsewhere overseas,want to send more away from the U>S?You see,this is Obummer`s "the buck stops here" but the problem is it really hurts the America we all know.
