I will never understand why people charge so much for rent in northern Kentucky and Ohio. No wonder there is a high homeless population..a person would have to work 3 jobs just to be able to afford a place to lay their head at night..oh wait they would need a place if they was working 3 jobs!!! Lower the rent prices People!!!

Rent is one way to legitimately try to keep the scum out. Plenty of low rent places around. You just cant expect to live higher than you can afford.

Rent is a price related to value of unit with taxes or mortgage or upkeep factored in.

Just make sure you get RENTERS INSURANCE. Owners aren't responsible for lost items. They just want your $$$$$$.

Landlords sometimes are willing to rent less for someone who takes pride in their home. When someone trashes the property it can cost several thousand dollars to rehab to original condition. Also property tax rate is a factor.

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Gemini

Try as you might, you won't be able to convince a certain person to see things from your point of view. This character is far too busy letting you know that they're an individual in their own right and they won't be tied down by you. The more you push, the more they'll rebel, so try not to incite further displays of outrageousness.
