These investments were done without the benefit of a Realtor or Real Estate Broker and could have been avoided had the investors done some research or dealt with licensed Brokers.
Using the utmost care and doing some research could have prevented these people from being taken to the cleaners.

This is just a reminder that anything can happen to anyone anywhere at anytime you always here of situations like this on the news & news paper always somebody else but never yourself and when it does happen to you it's just total shock....

It amazes me that our government has not yet been able to find this guy and cuff him with all the tax money available.
