to equate a genetic dead end, then you should ask yourself why

why, since according to the CDC, as of 2005, they knew of not one single case
of le$bain to le$bian transmitted HIV and well over 200,000 cases of women who

parallel the sole birthplace of every other relationship
with one that can reproduce none, you should congratulate yourself that you

down to just 'a committed relationship of two people', then you've defined
marriage accurately, two people making a commitment to spend their lives together.

Then, and only then, can you equate same-sex unions with marriage.

You're imagining that all homosexuals are sexually active throughout their lives. Just like heterosexuals, a lot of us aren't in later years. It doesn't change the fact that we're gay.

If you think that just by having sex with a woman you're no longer gay then you need to go to a therapist and take a plethysmograph which will show you in black and white on paper what your sexual attractions are and whether you're gay, straight or bisexual.

Yes I do. After the final appeals which will happen sometime in 2013 afterwords the In re Marriage Cases ruling will once again go into effect and gay marriages will be the law of the land in California.

You do not know that. Like I said, the cards are stacked against that. As long as DOMA stands, the state gay marriage bans can remain in effect and new ones can be imposed. You gays made similar proclamations the first time gay marriage was legalized in CA. The voters clearly showed you gays TWICE that we did not want it, and we got it banned. TWICE. It remains not legal, and these appeals can go either way. But if put to a vote, gay marriage will not pass in California.

And I vastly doubt the anti-gay bigots will try this sh*t again. They would have to spend millions more money trying to deny people equal rights and if another anti-gay ban was tried in California today it would lose.

That poll is irrelevant. It is not representative of Californians. Why not put it to the test then? Put it to a vote and watch how those false numbers ONCE AGAIN are trumped by reality, and 80% of blacks and over 50% of Hispanics vote against gay marriage.
