Nolen's Paint and Body

Has anyone used Nolen's Paint and Body for there wrecked car or truck? I did and they did a horrible job. I'm glad this Forum is set up for people to talk and vent there comments about diffrent topics. I had to go back to them several times because they didn't paint the car right. It looked like someone painted my fender with a wet cat. I'm here to tell you all to not do business with them. What also ticked me off is that a few of the employees were rude and not frendly at all. I'm very close to saying names, but I best not. If anyone has delt with them they may know of two I'm refering to. Anyhow, all you Mother's have a wonderful day tomorrow.

Rudy, i have a friend who used nolens and they had the same problem. they had to go back MANY times over the same problem. I personally have not used them.

Most painters are crackheads, most paint and body shops are crack houses. Most people getting cars painted are crackers. Most Redneck crackers will kick a crackheads ### and burn the crack house. So stop talkin and start stalkin!

To all three of the previous comments --- If you have such a problem with the work and the employees at Nolen's you should go straight to the owner NOT the web. I know the owners personally and they would appreciate someone coming directly to them to "vent" these things. Another thing - you should have never accepted your vehicle if you were unsatisfied. Go ahead and name names, but be sure to name yourself and stop hiding behind "rudy4"!!! As far as Speck, you must be a crackhead because you don't have a clue what your talking about!!!!

Nolen's does suck! I've been to the owner over my car and he's not a freindly guy. Let's just say he can't deal very well with the public. Not a people person.

I have to say that I know several people who have used Nolens for paint and body work and from what I have seen they do wonderful work. I have seen vehicles go in there that looked like they couldn't be fixed but come out looking new again. This is the very first time I have ever heard anything bad on Nolens work. They have always had a very good reputation on Paint and Body and with the wrecker trucks.

I've used Nolen's. They did a wonderful job on my car. I would recommend them to anyone. Rudy4, this just shows your stupidity. "MAD" is right!! you shouldn't have accepted it if it wasn't done right. As far as the employees being rude. They were nice to me each time I've used them, when they fixed and painted my car, and when I had to be towed in. Maybe it's your name--Rude-y4- that could be your answer. Your mama didn't teach you to treat others the way you would want to be treated. By your attitude, I don't believe anyone could please you.... Also, learn to spell.

I think the owner just got busted.

Got busted for what being a nice guy? I have known these ppl for my ENTIRE life...they are good pppl who do quality work. My family has always used them for ANY of our vehicles that needed repairing or for towing and they have ALWAYS done an excellent job. If you aren't satisfied w/something then you need to express your dislike to them I am sure they will do their best to rememdy the situation WHATEVER it takes...those are the kind of ppl they are. I wouldn't DREAM of letting anyone else do my bodywork....when someone asks me about gettin gtheir car fixed Nolen's is who I ALWAYS recommend and everyone I have EVER set there has had a good experience w/NO complaints!

I have heard from a freind that he had a little trouble with Nolens. He had to take the car back to them 4 times before the problem was finally fixed. Other than that I haven't had problems. I use Red River Paint and Body. They do fine.

p.s.Kenny Bierden is a rude person and he works for Nolens doing body repair and such.

Okay all of this chit/chat is ridiculous!!! Randy Nolen is the owner and yes there have been a few problems with some jobs, as with any company. However, anytime there is a problem or the customer is unsatisfied it gets resolved. Yes, Kenny works for Nolens but does NOT do body repair. As for anyone being rude - have you ever thought about the particular situation you are referring to and that maybe YOU were the rude one!!! If any of you has an issue with us come to us with it.

I have had the pleasure of meeting one of the Nolen's employee's. My car had broken down one day and had to be towed. The young man that came to pick my car was very polite, well mannered and NICE LOOKING. It was a delight to talk to him. I don't remember his name but I do remember that he had a pony tale. I WILL CALL Nolan's if I ever need a truly professional towing service. They are top notch in my book. But does anyone really care what and old woman thinks!

Grannie, I do care what you think. That guy was Shane Felts and he's the best thing Nolen's has done in a while. Meaning he's a super cool guy and that group needed someone who is freindly and "nice looking". Can't speak much for some of the other employees. Very Crabby people. Well, only two that I can talk of. He's also a stud firefighter as well. Too bad he's taken. What a beefcake!!

If Shane is a Beefcake then I am a Big Mac.... ;)

I did not mean to start such a conflict. I just wanted to let people know that Nolen's did a fine job for me! From what I have read the young fellow Shane must be something. Sounds like smokin must be jellous of what has been said about Shane. Alot more companies need people that are polite and well mannered as that young fellow Shane. Smokin It sounds like you should take some lessons on Manners from Shane. But these are just the thoughts of an old woman.

And grannie you need lessons in internet. I was joking as I indicated by the smiley symbol at the end of my post. I know Shane. Nice guy. I am certainly not jealous and my post was in good fun. Light hearted even. Keep smiling Grannie we need more of it. :) :) :)

Nolen's reflects professionalism and they take pride in their work. I've seen their work and the way they handle their customer and if it was so bad then why are they always so busy. Having a complaint from a customer is going to happen, can't make everyone happy 100% of the time but if the end result makes the customer happy then they did their job. If you take your vehicle to Nolen's they will prove to you that before you get it back it will be money well spent.

To Grannie: I know Shane and he has always been a great guy. Polite and professional. Doesn't hurt that he's a hottie!
