Wow, sounds like she will really mess up the HOV lanes. Why open them up in non peak hours? So we have to watch our watches every time we want to use them??
They encourage me to carpool and I love being able to move through terrible traffic.
Those who carpool should be rewarded with a system that works! And the HOV lanes are not only busy in non peak hours.
They work well in other states ...lets not mess them up now!
