Why call the cops, just wait until they break in and shoot them dead. This will save the taxpayers money in the form of feeding and housing them not to mention send a clear message to others that they to will meet this same fate. All around winning proposition in my book.

Bring it on! You better hope to Heaven I'm not home! Don't forget, country people have guns and we aren't afraid to use them. You better believe this country gal will shoot first, ask questions later!

Thugs, please start doing this in Nashville. People, if someone knocks on your door (and you can peek and see them) that you dont know, dont do anything. You stand in that room silent to the side of the door (not behind it as it can be shot through), AND WAIT (with your gun). When they bring that door down, fire em up until you have neutralized the threat, period. NEVER holler through that door that you have a gun and you'll use it. You've just prepared the thug for what awaits, and you may get fired up yourself. Its the element of surprise, USE IT!

A lady that lives on owens chapel road right outside springfield, her house was broken into. I wonder if this was due to the same person(s)
I just don't understand people like this. My husband and I have a new baby and we don't have hardly any money so what we do have is all we have... I can't believe people would go to such lengths... What has this world come to.?

I better not be at home, and my neighbors better be out too.

Get in my house, you got 3 seconds to live, no matter what room I'm in, 3 seconds, thats it.

Smart for the Burgulers, not sneaky. Kind of scary though. The comment about it being sneaky is silly because robbing someone in general is sneaky.

The problem with shotting the criminal is you'd be the one that would be put in jail. Unless you lived in Florida - Laws are different down there.

This is not a new tactic. This exact thing happened to me years ago in Phoenix. I answered the first time and the guy asked me about yard work. He came back the next week and I didn't hear the knock. HE busted in teh kitchen door, saw me standing there, and ran out the back.

I live near the areas that have been hit. We usually answer the door with pistol in view if we don't know the person at the door. I like the idea of waiting. They will only make it through the door once.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Sagittarius

It's difficult to keep your mind on what you're doing today because it keeps wandering off in all directions. There won't be much you can do about this except to be aware of it, and preferably to postpone doing anything very complicated or important until you're less distracted and absent-minded. Unfortunately, you won't get very far with it at the moment.
