Wrong Body Accidentally Buried

Authorities mistakenly released the body of an adult woman to the family of a 2-year-old fire victim, and the woman's body was buried in the girl's grave, officials said.

WTF are these people playing at, hope some ones head rolls for this, adding extra stress on a family at this terrible time.

Both were burn victims, not much left of either. The body bags were probably consistant in size. "Heads" don't need to roll, it was a mistake and no finacial loss will come to either family.

sorry did not see that the adult female was also a victim of a seperate fire, but surely its not that hard to read a toe tag label........
