All I want is for business owners to keep their greedy hands off my good will. When I tip, it's not for the business owner. There should be no company policies concerning the tips customers choose to give an employee. Tips should be understood as an amount given a particular employee, not an amount given to the business owners so that he can extort low wages out of those he plans on sharing the customer's tip with.
The tip I present a worker is his, I don't want his employer forcing him to share it with other workers. If I want other workers to have a tip, I will tip them. Employers who require tip pooling are stealing my, the customer's tip. I have not authorized neither business owners or judges to share my tip for me. Those who continue to treat my tips as if they are their property, will be exposed as the theives they surely are. |
