I disagree, we already have a Starbucks and McDonalds on commerce just about a block down the road. We need more vegan places in our city. It's really hard for those trying to eat healthy to go out and enjoy an evening. I say open a fast food salad place or a non-dairy yogurt/ice cream shop in the area
