Woman charged with stealing $17,000 from Spring Valley employer

A 53-year-old Orange County woman has been charged with stealing more than $17,000 from her Spring Valley employer via credit card fraud to pay off her personal bills, the Rockland County District Attorney's Office said Thursday.
