That mother should be ashamed of herself. How could you let your child live in those conditions, it is discusting and she should be in jail. That poor little boy and i will never understand why Parents do this to there children, this is so sad !! My thoughts are with this little boy !!

Well Im sorry I find that CPS was at fault. The first time she denied them access they should have suspected something. Open your eyes you social workers. This is uncalled for. As for the mother she should be thrown in jail and lose the key shes totally not fit to care for any child.

This kind of thing is happing more and more in this county. This happens because no one has any self respect for them self or thier children. This is the thing's that drug's make you do to your self and family. Cortland County is just getting worse and worse with this because there is no job's and they give out welfare to people that can work but don't.

I think it is very crazy the way people treat their kids! I dont see the reason for torturing them. What is the reason for people to be so stupid? I am only 12 and my mommy treats me with respect and I have everything a kid would want. I think between my life and a kid that is being tortured that they should have the same life that I have for going through all that pain. I was adopted when I was a baby because my mom didnt want me. Why cant people that torture their kids just do that or just give them away.

..its so sad how parents can do that to their own child...15lbs?! thats as heavy as my cat! And to imagine a 5 year-old kid to only weight that much?! It's almost unbelievable....
