Worst Case Of Child Abuse

That is terrible. I just finished reading "A Child Called It" by Dave Pelzer, who was also abused as a child. It's an amazing book.

this just goes to show about how poor our children service agencies are. they should have gotten a search warrant if they had reason to believe that the child was being abused. In California, Dave Pelzer was abused for many years, because no one would step in. If a child goes to school like most children in child abuse cases do, authorities should step in immideility. this should have never happened for so long.

I just got done reading "A Child Called It." This book absolutely broke my heart. I just don't understand how a mother could do that to her son. This child at a young age showed courage that I haven't shown yet at 17. I don't think I could ever be as brave as him. I think that someone should've stepped in way early on. No child should have to go through that for as long as he did.

i just got done reading the book"A Child Called It" by Dave Plezer. And it just hurt me! This poor boy is badly abused and no one helps him. It is horrible! While reading this book i just wanted to jump in it and give that boy a huge and take him away. I cant even believe that this mother can even go to bed at night doing the things she did. She is one of the worst mothers i have heard about!This book made me think differently the way i think of food and my attitude towards others. For the kids who have delt threw this in there childhood i just have to say the are the bravest of us all.

OMG! This breaks my heart! The Mother needs to be treated like she treated her Son! Maybe then there will be less child abusing!

I read a child called maybe the mom should think before she acted she should be like beaten to death! thats what i bet her son felt like when he was old! i hope David Pelzer isn't abusive to his Wife and Kids like his mom was cause that is just wrong for anyone to do!

OMG!!!! Thats gross! if i was Dave Pelzer I would have killed my Mom by now or ran away I wouldn't deal with that crap like he did, thats just sad!!! And if you read the very very END of the book he isn't abusive to his wife and kids! I'm just glad my parents don't do this to me!!!!Cause my parents are against it too!!!!!!

thats exactly why i got on.
it really is a good book.
it upset me, and now i really am interested in helping people with child abuse.
i am sorry for anyone who is in that position.
but if you are you can still be succesul and have a great life.

I read A CHILD CALLED IT. I cannot believe this
woman got away with all that she did. She could have ended up killing him. The worse part is she
did it to another one of hers after David was taken away. I think she deserved the death penalty.

Some people said how they were surprised no one stepped in.
well in the 70's child protective services wernt as good as they are now.

I can't believe there are such trash in this world,The person that did this needs to be jailed for life.

i juz got done readin "a child called it" and i think dat hiz mom should have been put in prison or have been tourchered juz like he waz or worse

i hope the people who abuse kids like that go to hell
