Wow, leaving the scene of an accident. I think this is punishable by LAW!! I agree it was DUI....Next his badge and gun should be taken...

I don't know if cops do in Hellam, but County Commissioners do - Remember Jay Bair.........so I am sure its good for them too

There will be no cover up by Hellam Township. The only thing that Quickel covers up are the things about himself and all the illegal and im-moral crap that he gets away with. In fact he will bring this information out take the focus off himself. Just ask Meiskey and his secretary who worked for Hellam. And what about the Township manager who Hellam just fired because of Quickel.

Yes, it is news because he is a cop. You see, cops are supposed to be held and committed to a higher standard and not be out participating in criminal activity. I suppose someone related to him could become upset that this is news....
