Wow, an artist that actually pays their own overhead without subsidy from the city of Santa Cruz. To hear them tell it, this is not possible, thus the Saltz Arts Welfare Home for Artists. This is a wonderful development. Great stuff Tom. Let's hope you are a role model for young artists seeking guidance away other than a hand out to succeed.

you are right about the the saltz welfare home for artists
and they are unfriendly and judgmental. I can't stand that place.
