Bullying in schools has its own law and must be enforced.It'sFederal Law. Go to the local police, if that does no good, call the Attorney General of AR. They have a direct phone line with no ,recorded messages. You can talk to an individual. Just mention you want justice that the school and local police dept will not extend. Explain your situation. Just sit and wait. The government offices are listed in front of phone book and the courier.
You can also go to the Dept. of ED.

School board tries to regulate the school. You may want to go to a meeting with an adult advocate

Understand that you will not be liked for "whistle blowing" but eventually the 'right' will happen. What do you have to lose?

Who are you to say how much people know of one another. Many relationships just hit it off. Those who don't agree are self defensive, in a shell and unwelcoming.
