Cornersville Police!

I was stopped by a Cornersville Cop today and i think he was the most polite cop ever!

bet his name was STUARD lol

There should be a Reward for sharing of information, if you going to sucker the person into calling with call waiting and caller ID!

But really laying all jokes aside this form is a real good tip line it seems some time.

There should be a Tip line with a true money reward based on recovery or conviction to call to report bad cops corrupt government workers or officials and their miss dealings for it does happen and it seems here in Marshall County all they are interested in is the guy not elected or working for local government.

Take the School Bus Garage Deal for instance reported in the paper
what has the county police done about that?

Did you know that Eagleville in Rutherford County does not even have a Town Police Department and is it not bigger than Cornersville does Cornersville really need all those Cops as to Speed traps and extra costs?

We do need them ..to come to the schools in the morning and direct the horribly congested , unsafe traffic when the kids are getting to school. He never shows up at the elem. until 7:15 and the kids have to be in the school by 7:30. People are backed up in the road and if you are trying to get out of Quick Mart ..forget it! I guess they are gonna keep letting it go until something horrible happens(God forbid).

Does the City Manager of Cornersville get caught in that traffic, and is he on time, do you really expect the local police to direct traffic at all the school zones, and be on time, what about the rain, snow, and cold, really what about their breakfast and coffee breaks, shift change they have to talk to the night shift, what about the girl next door when it is her birthday things like that take time, what about the speeders on the inter-state, or McDonnals, and bank robbers, what about extra pay?

Why don't the County School System hire,“School direct traffic Moms”, at all the School Zones in Marshall County and call it Stimulus money with full family County benefits of Health Insurance, retirement, and use of a county car, like the school bus drivers,

School at Cornersville elementary starts at 7:35. Children are expected to be there by 7:30. I don't have a problem usually with the police there but they are really doing a crappy job of the traffic controll in the mornings when it is a school day.Don't know why the SRO can't do it too. He's not doing anything else.

My Opinion

You know who is really not doing their job it is the person who is responsiable for seeing that the police do their job my guess the Cornersville City Manager and if he read this form surely he would consider your complaint.
As for the SRO they should be at school before the first child arrives and stay till the last child leaves, direct Traffic mornings and evenings rain or shine. I know several people who would like to have their job!
The difference is County SRO and City Cops I suppose but when all is said and done all is in Marshall County even the City Limits of Cornersville and we all pay county taxes.
So the County Commission should see that the SRO does his job and direct trafic.

Why does the corersville police drive their city police car to lewisburg where they live and not leave it in cornersville ? And if a school bus of cornersville does not go by your house then go to your own school and stay out of cornersville..

Could you use your own car for personal business like spending the night at unmarried or married women’s houses or when parking it over night at your so called girl friends house for it looks bad as a public perception point of view of the whole police department, neighbors don't seem to understand maybe park the City police car at city hall and walk to her house out of uniform would be nice.
Could cornersville get rid of that black Charger police car too it looks like a drug seller’s car. We don't need any under the cover so to speak, police in Cornersville in that little town after the other City managers and former head cop deals chasing cars up on the interstate every thing needs to at least look up and above board!

No City police car should ever be park over night at any girl friends, unmarried or married woman's house, unless the police man is married to her and it is his home.
Are on Official business as part of their job and other police cars are there.

For it sure gives police a bad reputation of sleeping around and taxpayers the idea of police car abuse and miss use for personal business.

The use of that on board computer in your patrol car to post on this website is not what your being paid to do!
