Marijuana probe leads to charges

2 month investigation means they found a narc.

If Our Goverment or We The People spent as much money and time on murder cases and missing children as was done with this trivial marijuana case involving Devin Fryar from Corinth VT. maybe the streets would be a safe place.
Marijuana should be legal and is less harmfull than liquor.What a shame our money and time is spent so foolishly. This is sickening having a loosing war on drugs when there are crimes to be solved but will probably never be solved as long as there is a war on Marijuana. How sickening blah.........

We all know it was someone that was in trouble who was blabbing so they could get some time off thier own crime........You investigators make most of us "We The People"(our Goverment) sick the way you use others to solve crime otherwise you all sit in your offices smoking your pot telling us that this kind of bust isn't worth your time(a few pounds of pot)so why bother a person keeping many people feeling good from marijuana instead of us drinking or popping pills which doesn't hurt anyone? Another thing is go ahead and call the D.E.A. and ask them how much marijuana is worth thier time and effort, they will tell you a few ponds even 10 pounds isn't worth thier effort so WTF is going on here? Was this bust to make your quota? Or was this to get some bum out of jail who doesn't deserve getting out to work for you two faced Fucking Fag Investigators.

How about solving some REAL CRIME in the WORLD HUH? You fucking asshole investigators couldn't fight your way out of a paper bag.

What I have issues with is that when our goverment is full of hypocrates that use drugs but say it should be against the law and when they made drugs illegal after telling the American people that the poor and the minorities who were given cocain and other drugs to increase productivity that were going to rape white women and it should be illegal well I have an issue with that as well as your and my goverment admitting to and the discovery channel having programs that are saying your and my goverment should never have made drugs illegal and our prisons are full of drug dealers and murders,child molesters,ect. walk our streets then America is going to fall on its face..
Well for 30 years I've watched the war on drugs at the street level have it's effect on dealers. They still live in big houses, drive expensive cars, spend little jaul time, and still find people to deal their drugs. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the people on the other end are crowding the jails, paying the fines, picking up the trash, etc. You'd think that after so long, the police would develop new tactics, because THE SAME ONES DON'T WORK, unless of course the real reason is to RAISE REVENUE. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME ANYONE HEARD OF ONE OF THE "BIG BOYS" BEING HAULED OFF TO JAIL? Thanks for the effort, but I'd like to see them spend the same amount of time ROUNDING UP ILLEGAL PEOPLE and sending them back home. THEY ARE EASY TO FIND, AND AS A MATTER OF FACT, RONNIE MILLSAP , ALONG WITH DAMN NEAR ANY OTHER BLIND PERSON, COULD FIND THEM. You can even say "You're doing it for the kids" if you want.

Devin is doing just fine. The hardest part of all of this is that he has been taken away from his children and myself. I can't be mad at the police nor our goverment even though I do agree that this money could be spent else where but my husband did break a law and was judge in the system that we hope works for us all. I do agree that he is taking up space that could be used for the people selling heroine and coke at our local schools and playgrounds. I think we are simply going about the war on drugs all wrong but it will take time that we don't have for our officials to see it this way. Yes this whole case was based on an individual that was caught with a 1/2 pound of pot and was a coward and unwilling to accept the six months probation that he would have recieved. He had no children and doesn't have a widowed mother ill with cancer either. He didn't donate money to the local basesball and football teams when they were in need. He didn't buy lumber for a local person whos buisness burnt down so that he could do repairs. He didn't volunteer at food shelves to make sure the heavy lifting was done. He didn't coach sports or go to parent confrences he was what we think of as the typical low life drug dealer that should be in my husbands place. This is where we need to start looking yes my husband broke the law but he is a good person, a person that is missed greatly by his children and family as well as the community in which he lives. Things will be fine and I think that rather than put our efforts into bloggin where noone will ever read them we should make it known that there has to be some other way to fight this war and that there should be priorities to what we are fighting. Thanks again guys its nice to know there is someone out there that has the nerve to speak out.

have known the whole Fryar clan for some time including the old man, Nick. That whole house is nothing but a "drug haven". There is more that just pot going through there. The whole family is involved in the trade.

If you mindless dopes (pun intended) don't think that pot leads to other harder drugs...YOU ARE WRONG. Druggies steal to get money for drugs, plain and simple. Pot, crack, heroin, meth...no diference. They steal from people that have worked for what they get. I don't think you would be singing the same tune if if someone broke into your house or car....or your kids house or car and stole things. What kink of message is he sending to his kids? I know...its ok to sell drugs and ruine someone elses life.

When is this war on drugs going to stop? When the courts get the balls to start sending a strong message to the scum bags that sell this crap, that we're not going to put up with it!

I have been living with my husband for the last 7 years and I have to say there is nothing going through the house, so i'm not sure what was happening when you knew the family but now it is anything but true. I also have to say that my husband is one of the most honest people you could ever meet and has caused no one any harm either by stealing from them nor ruining their lives. I am sorry that you have such a poor outlook on the family and maybe that comes from the fact that you yourself were and possibly still are not knowing who you are a scumbag in your own rights and therefore were chosen to not be of intrest.
