I have been struggling with wt loss for last 10 yrs...I lose 10 lbs and gain 20 back. I had reached a wt of 185 in feb..my b/p was high, cholesterol and blood sugars way too high..I started Healthy eating, gave up sodas and after 6 months lost only 20 lbs and stalled....tried 7 days worth of thinogenics 3 weeks ago...lost 7 lbs in one week..no ill side effects for me...had to make my self eat, always drink 64 oz H2O and my energy soared:). I am going to order a full moths worth to see if I have the same results. I am a nurse...so everyone is different..i recommend trying only a weeks worth to start.

I'm not trying to be mean but look what you just said.. U said u lose 10lb and gain back double. Your cholesterol, BP and sugar was high. LOOK WHAT YOU EAT!! It's not possible if you are eating right for all this stuff to happen! Cholesterol =sugar =cholesterol weight = all the above

I don't know for sure if this is what u mean, but for the first few days I would feel a little faint now & then. If I stood up too fast or sometimes I would feel a little light headed like I may faint. But it wasn't anything serious & it went away after awhile. I'm not diabetic or anything either. Been taking for well over a month now. Lost 19 lbs & 4 inches in my waist. Dropped 2 pant sizes.:)

When you say you had trouble sleeping...do you mean 3 to 4 hours (if that).per night? I tried taking these in the past but the lack of sleep made me stop. I really like them because they do work but I haven't been able to find many people who couldn't sleep while taking them. And it started getting better after around 4 days? I'm on day 3 and trying to decide if I want to push through.

I have been taking these for about a month now. The fisrt week I lost 6 lbs. The next week it slowed down. The 3rd week it picked up again & then stayed the same for a few days. Now at the end of the 4th week, I have lost 19 lbs total. Also, I have lost 3 inches in my waist & 4 & 1/4 inches in my thighs (both my problem areas). I take blood pressure medicine daily. I am 30 yrs old, have children. I am 5'2" & weighed 162 lbs when I started taking thinogenics. Size 15. In the past I was always small, size 3-5, 115-120 lbs. In the last few years I gained all that weight. I have tried a few different things, these pills work. The first few days I had a headache & felt like I was spaced out. I also had trouble sleeping. After about 4 days it went away. I started sleeping well again. The headache went away. I did feel sort of strange for about 2 weeks, but the 3rd week I felt totally normal. I feel normal now. And I do not drink the recommended amount of water. In fact I rarely drink plain water. I usually mix crystal light in my water. On occasion I have a soft drink or tea. I eat normal foods, meat & vegetables that I like & I season them to my taste. On the weekends I cheat & sometimes have pizza or go out to eat. I do watch my portions. I don't eat until I am overly full. I eat until I am comfortable. I eat the foods I like. I don't excercise at all. I am a stay at home mom. I have had success with these pills & I will continue taking them. For people looking for detailed info, I hope this helps.:)

It was probably about 4 - 5 nites I really had trouble going to sleep. I had to make myself lay down & even then couldn't get to sleep for awhile. But after that first week it got a lot easier to sleep again. And now, after about a month & a half I don't have any problem sleeping at all. In the beginning I felt the same way. I didn't like not being able to sleep. You could try taking melatonin. It helps when ur having trouble sleeping. You can get it at Walmart for around 4$ a bottle. Its completely safe & helps you fall asleep easily. My whole family takes it for sleep. Your body produces it already, but sometimes needs a little boost of melatonin production to help promote healthy sleep cycles. Especially if you r taking something that disrupts your sleep schedule.

No. I eat a small, light breakfast & take it about halfway thru my meal. It makes me nauseous if don't have something with it. And I've had no problem losing weight & inches.:)

Thanks for your response. I only got 4 hours of sleep last nite and 5 the nite before so I'm really hoping this passes.

I've been on them for a week and a half and only lost 3lbs. I'm not eating near as much, just one meal a day. Has it taken awhile for anyone else to lose much? I've read so many on here that lost 6 or 7lbs in the first week. I'm not going to stop taking them it's just kind of frustrating readin the comments and my weight loss is no where most of y'all are. And I'm drinking more water than it says to. Please let me know if any of you have had the problem that I'm facing.

For me it started off fast & then it slowed down for a bit. I would lose several lbs in a few days & then stay for a few days. Then several lbs again. Then stay. I've lost more inches than anything tho. I haven't lost any more lbs in like a week now I think. I feel like I am at a standstill. But I have read on fb if ur weight begins stalling to take a few days off then start back again.

Has it messed anyone else's period up? Like I was taking them but then my period started and wouldn't stop. After I stopped taking them, my period stopped. I decided to try again. And now my period won't stop again! It's frustrating!!

I have had a normal period so far taking them but I don't take em everyday. I take one every other day to give my body time to rest, but it works for me that way. Everyone is different. They made me feel loopy at first but now i feel pretty normal. I would ask your gyno about your cycle and see what she says.
