he did implicate him...i went for a visit and the husband was totally involved in conspiracy to commit murder on the CWS worker. They were ordering grenades, AK-47's and so forth from a real bad guy herfe in town. The investigator's know who this guy is. He even sent my sister a text message sayin, "the equipment is ready".....Why the husband is still walking bugs the shit out of me!!!!!! I don't get it? He did lay out Andrew's whole involvemnet to me when I went to visit.

It never went to trial.

What prison is FMB in? How many years before he is up for parole?

27 years and 8 months

I guess that means no parole. What about time served>

My understanding is that time served always comes off the top. So remove 36 months from the above sentence, unless I am mistaken.

I knew them all. Husband was a jerk and Fausto was always a gentleman. I'm lost as to what went on that night. Some of the facts are correct, some are vague.
