Falls and the "under new management" signs

If you put a donkey in a dress its still a donkey. Boycott Namis sex factory. And its still the same crooks running the place-Coots, Jones, etc. Get a clue Nami-Sell it or put in a entire new Management and office staff, its the only way you will ever do well there.

Actually when he found out that Nami was going to file Chap 11 on the place he signed over his part so it wouldn't affect his B'ville location and he found the perfect patsys who accepted their positions without knowing whats really going on and how the BK will affect them. I heard Nami was filing chapter 11 and then I heard he bought 2 truckstops in London. Then I heard he is getting out of Crooked Creek. I don't know what to believe. If he is in financial trouble, why would he get into the truckstop business. I am sure that would be something he knows nothing about.

He got the truckstops when his business partner(Jerry Garland)passed away. He has all his business and properties as separate llc's so he can file on those individually. He has filed with his concrete company on 2 occassions and Falls is under the umbrella llc of Mustang properties. He is definately filing its just a matter of when the time is right and pending how the lawsuit at crooked creek goes he may file on it also. And hes not in financial trouble hes just a crook--avoid any business dealings.

What amount would you say that is owed against the 2 dealerships now(less floor plan)? I heard that there were some recent refinancing done. I know its public information but Im too lazy to go look it up.

$6 million is the word I hear and I haven't heard anything about refinancing. The most recent suitor on the dealership is from your neck of the woods--Terry Lee.

Sounds like everything that Nami does. At some point the people in this community will realize what a crook he and the majority of his employees are and will boycott them and their businesses.

10-4. Ive heard a recent refi put the total debt (incl floor plan) around $18mm. If thats true, there are some ignorant bankers out there and there is no chance of ever paying that amount off relying on sales from the 2 dealerships, IMO. I would even doubt that $6mm could be payed off.
