I know, I work there!! sorry wasnt clear. senture paid the $14.02 hr and that was because it was temporary and subcontracted from vangent. if you work at vangent you do not get the full pay unless you have proof of insurance outside of the company. they require you to have insurance whether it is theirs or from somewhere else. the pay is $10.52 with their insurance and $14.02 without their insurance. the $3.52 difference is called a stipend which goes towards their insurance. unless the pay has increased or decreased in the last year. i worked at senture during last years open enrollment and was paid $14.02 hr.

Currently whether you have insurance or not if your hired on the pay is only 10.50 an hour. No one gets the 14 some an hour unless you've been there for several years and had other insurance. The point system is very relaxed, your able to miss quite alot before you're fired. It's not strict at all. As for sending people home, it's your choice, they can stay it they want. It's a very nice place to work.

No CSR's at Vangent make $14.02 even if you have been there for several years and dont have there insurance. What stipend you get goes towards your insurance if you have it and if not it goes towards your 401K, sick pay and vacation pay. You dont bring the stipend pay home. Point system is very strict but they will fire you on there own terms no matter what. And yes you will slide into work and if not you will recieve points if you dont because if they can get out so can you according to them even if you live in different city and got hit with more snow and ice than they did but of course that is there way. Let the trueth be told about it and if you have worked there any amount of time you will find this is all true.

Let the trueth be told about it and if you have worked there any amount of time you will find this is all true. I've been there going on eight years. About two years ago the stipend pay stopped for all new hires. Old hires stipend decreased as well and it does not go towards 401k,sick or vacation. Stipend pay goes into a medical reimbursement fund. The only people getting the 14 some an hour are older employees as I first stated. As far as the point system; three points equalls one day or a total of four concurrent days, and if you get 12 points which is 4 non-concurrent days or 4 concurrent days four times(16 total days)you go on a verbal warning and then within 6mths if you get 9 more points you go on a written and then if you get 9 more points your fired. So basically you can miss up to 26 days per year before getting fired. So like I said before you can miss a lot before you're fired. As far as the snow you have plenty of points you can use for that plus you get 36 minutes sick time per week. You also get 2 weeks vacation per year and when you're there 5 years then you get 3 weeks per year. I don't know of any other employer that excuses you for bad weather or lets you miss that much before firing you.

My bat, I forgot to add the last 9 points. You can miss up to 38 days per year before getting fired. Almost need a calculator for all those days.

They've always kept at least 20 new people for permanent position. the best of the best. My advice tell your son not to miss any work.

They are paying us in phx 12.53 an hour. It's not a bad job, a bit boring at times but the money is good even if only temporary.
