I took my car to A1 Auto and Glass in Coral Springs because Geico recommended them for the work on my car. I needed a new rear bumper and tail light. Went to pick up my car and noticed immediately that the bumper was not set right and bulging out a little bit. They repaired the loose bumper and I was told the right side of the car was not the part that was damaged. My thought is that if I get a brand new bumper shouldn't they attach the complete bumper and not just the side that was damaged? Had to take my car back again for another problem and received attitude and was told that they rushed the job to get the car out quickly. What happened to quality work the first time around? Why do WE as consumers have to be the ones to pick out the flaws, waste our valuable time and be frustrated with poor quality work? Enough with the excuses...if I was given the option of rush poor job or take your time do it right the first time around job then I would definitely choose the JOB DONE RIGHT!
