what do these people think they are doing by supporting this cold blooded murderer. This guy killed a person over an arguement. If he didnt do it now eventually he would have committed another crime and very likely not have gotten caught. There should be supporters so that he will be tried as an adult. This makes me sick. What ever happened to just exchanging a couple of punches and then serving detention. Idiot!

Perhaps there is some racial tension in the school between different Hispanic groups because it's not like there weren't countless witnesses when this stabbing took place.

Rodriguez is just a spark that sets off a fire waiting to happen. The part of the Cuban community that is enraged is nothing more than a pack of dogs looking for any excuse to hit the streets.

Reminds me of the warped rape defense, "She asked for it."

The guy arrested is Nicaraguan not Cuban and his supporters are not Cuban.
The victim was Cuban.

I was watching it on news . Which is why I mentioned that looks like some type Hispanic division in that school

I thought they were both of Cuban background? I believe so. He SHOULD and was tried as an adult. It was calculated. It was murder.

Oh OK. So the killer was Nicaraguan. Thanks for clarifying. I thought they were both of Cuban descent.

I don't believe it's a Hispanic rivalry thing. He was jealous of the other guy and his girlfriend's freindship. Plain and simple. He chose to KILL. Most people choose to duke it out or dump the girl. He thought like a criminal and was tried as one. Justice prevailed.

Its possible that non Cubans have had enough of the double standard and the tension is growing .

My greatest shock is how Black Cubans put up with it.
