Are you really so clueless that you think these ridiculously made up, meaningless talking points make you sound like you know what your talking about? LOL!!!!!!! That was too deep for some on here.... Let me dumb it down like you are trying to do with marriage; It is a lot harder for Mars and Venus to join than it is for Uranus and Uranus. Or, Becoming one with the opposite sex is much more difficult and involved than getting to know a gender you already identify with. Let me know if you are still confused.

Jonah1 wrote: <quoted text> Translation: I got nothing, so I'm just going to predict shyt. We've heard about your"distortions" and "rude awakening" many times in the past. And yet they never came to be. Not when people of different races got married, not when women became able to vote, not when blacks served along side their white service men, not when women entered West Point, etc., etc., etc. You got nothing. You never will. No prediction at all. You confuse other issues with the history of gay 'marriage'. There is none. You got nothing. You never will.

Jonah1 wrote: <quoted text> Don't know what's funnier, the actual content or the fact that you admit writing it!! <quoted text> Who are you, the Challange God? I most certainly don't "have" to do anything at all. Mostly because it contains no "points", just mindless rambling. For example: If you believe denying marriage to a relationship will prevent love Who said anything about preventing love? NO ONE. Who said that denying marriage prevents love? NO ONE. ==== If you demand any committed relationship has to be called marriage Who demanded that ANY committed relationship be called marriage? NO ONE. ===== If you claim rights and benefits can only be acquired by a imposition on marriage Who claimed this? NO ONE. ========= If you equate the diversity of two genders with the redundancy of same genders Gobbledy gook. Our relationships aren't based on our genders. There is no redundancy. ========== If you pretend duplicating sexuality is the same as blending masculinity and femininity Who is pretending this? Oh, that's right....NO ONE. ========== If you risk the healthiest human relationship to include one of the unhealthiest Your healthiest and unhealthiest are totally made up. You can't present anything that establishes that straight relationships are healthier than gay relationships. And on and on. As I said, a bunch of nonsense. The fact that you are proud to claim ownership of it is hilarious. You waste my time with your deep denial and childish responses. Are you a twin to Mona Liar?

If you believe denying marriage to a relationship will prevent love If you demand any committed relationship has to be called marriage If you claim rights and benefits can only be acquired by a imposition on marriage If you equate the diversity of two genders with the redundancy of same genders If you desecrate the sacred tradition of all major religions and violate the historic practice of every single culture in history If you believe a fundamental change to the building block of society will have absolutely no effect If you think a law can change the reality of crucial distinctions in relationships If you pretend duplicating sexuality is the same as blending masculinity and femininity If you condemn some children to parents of only one gender and deliberately deny some children one natural parent If you ignore the design of sexual union to manipulate a harmful act If you violate evolution's law of reproduction to equate a genetic dead end If you risk the healthiest human relationship to include one of the unhealthiest If you parallel the sole birthplace of every other relationship with one that can reproduce none If you dilute all these things down to just 'a committed relationship of two people' Then, and only then, can you equate same-sex unions with marriage.

While riding a train heading east and the wind is blowing from the west, try not to fart as the stench may reach your destination before you do. When standing on the high dive contemplating the water and whether or not you will reach terminal velocity prior to impact. It would have been better to simply swim to the middle of the pool and dive to the bottom to check its depth.

The Great Sly_Clyde wrote: <quoted text>The moron thinks that its just a matter of a giant eraser and a pencil. Yep we can change the Constitution any time we like. I wonder if he understands just what has to be done to make an amendment to the Constitution? The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures. None of the 27 amendments to the Constitution have been proposed by constitutional convention. The Congress proposes an amendment in the form of a joint resolution. Since the President does not have a constitutional role in the amendment process, the joint resolution does not go to the White House for signature or approval. The original document is forwarded directly to NARA's Office of the Federal Register (OFR) for processing and publication. The OFR adds legislative history notes to the joint resolution and publishes it in slip law format. The OFR also assembles an information package for the States which includes formal "red-line" copies of the joint resolution, copies of the joint resolution in slip law format, and the statutory procedure for ratification under 1 U.S.C. 106b. The Archivist submits the proposed amendment to the States for their consideration by sending a letter of notification to each Governor along with the informational material prepared by the OFR. The Governors then formally submit the amendment to their State legislatures. In the past, some State legislatures have not waited to receive official notice before taking action on a proposed amendment. When a State ratifies a proposed amendment, it sends the Archivist an original or certified copy of the State action, which is immediately conveyed to the Director of the Federal Register. The OFR examines ratification documents for facial legal sufficiency and an authenticating signature. If the documents are found to be in good order, the Director acknowledges receipt and maintains custody of them. The OFR retains these documents until an amendment is adopted or fails, and then transfers the records to the National Archives for preservation. A proposed amendment becomes part of the Constitution as soon as it is ratified by three-fourths of the States (38 of 50 States). When the OFR verifies that it has received the required number of authenticated ratification documents, it drafts a formal proclamation for the Archivist to certify that the amendment is valid and has become part of the Constitution. This certification is published in the Federal Register and U.S. Statutes at Large and serves as official notice to the Congress and to the Nation that the amendment process has been completed. Thank you for this information!!!
