who is the new judge? I thought Perdue was going to pick one by Dec 5th.

The new judge is a senior judge. Perdue will not appoint a judge until at least April or later. The senior judge was requested by brenda weaver, her royal highness. She gets whatever she wants but she cannot control this judge. Anxious to see if she does the same to him when he does not go by her wishes.

I thought Brenda Weaver was under investigation also, could be why hubby decided to have Doss investigated....to throw the heat off of wifey.

Now there is one of the major roots of what is wrong in fannin county. Brenda Weaver is the worst judge ever to have taken the bench. God help all the people's lives she has ruined by her completely illegal way of running a courtroom. I hope she is under investigation and I hope they review the cases she has ruled on and maybe reverse the horrible things she has done.

If anyone knows more about the investigation please shed some light for everyone who has been in her courtroom. Maybe everyone needs to start contacting the JQC about their experiences with her to get something done.

Cheers for you one root!! Brenda Weaver is a sneaky, underhanded, witch. She strong-arms people into taking a guilty plea so she doesn't have to have a jury trial. She intimidates people that want a trial by telling them up front what their sentence will be if they are found guilty. At one time she was under investigation by the JQC but she had a buddy on the JQC at the time and the charges mysteriously went away. The investigator at the time quit over this incident. People should write to the JQC and start an investigation into her. She has way too much power for one person

Judge Weaver has been an amazing asset to this circuit. She cares about the needs of the people and has proved this by starting a drug court, family court and now a mental health court. She has also started a family law center to help those who otherwise would not have access to the courts. She keeps her calendars moving and is fair, forthright and impartial. What other judge can you say has done the same thing/ I couldn't think of a better judge!

Weaver is a player, she was hubbies and Ensley go to girl. she should be investigated.

You could not be farther from the truth. Drug Court was started because of the large number of drug cases cloging up the court and so many repeat offenders. The family court was established to help with the large number of cases that involve family violence. Weaver does not even preside over that court. The mental health court is to make sure people take their medicine. The family law center was created by a grant that is going to run out and then the taxpayers will have to foot the bill. This center provides free divorces for anybody taking away money from the practicing attornies in the circuit.
Beware that what appears on the surface is not what is happening in reality. She is a witch and should be investigated for all of her misconduct(there are plenty).

Brenda Weaver is not under investigation. just more gossip on this website.

Has anyone else noticed that more than 200 entries to this discussion have simply vanished into thin air? I'm guessing either Harry Doss Ralston Weaver Newton or some of the others spoken about in this thread have threatened the Topics to have them removed.
