Yes, heard about it.
It's a personal thing and has nothing to do with the operation of the city, so should be none of anyone's business.

Just to let everyone who wants to know about my eviction. I had an agreement with the owner to buy the home. I was paying him every month but he wasn't making the payments to the mortgage company. Therefore it was foreclosed. This was NOT MY FAULT if you want to know the individuals name or anything else call me and identify yourself.
Yes it is embarrassment but we all will get over it.
Everything must happen for a reason so don't let this be your concern because it's my personal problem to deal with.

Hopefully you never have to experience that.
But seeing you are a newbie on here, why don't you just STFU??

Mr. Goode, it shouldn't be anyone's affair about your personal life, BUT that doesn't stop most people here. Just read Ret's posts.
But next time that you are making payments to purchase a home, get a better lawyer. You should have had a lease agreement, not just rent, or paid directly to the mortgage company. You need to qualify for the loan yourself and then get a mortgage yourself so this doesn't happen again.
An eviction, to a lay person like myself, sounds like you are kicked out for lack of paying rent, not that the homeowner has lost the house to the mortgage company.
Jusy my humble opinion.

How long did he know before the last day? Looks great that a council member has his stuff in the front yard. Taking care of business. I love the answer No big deal. Its only a big deal when someone else does it.

My guess is that he had no warning until the Constable showed up at his front door with an eviction notice. The mortgage lender would have been in contact with the person owing the debt, not a renter. If the landlord chose not to tell Mr. Goode that the mortgage was going into foreclosure there isn't much way that he could have known.

This isn't a first time event. As the housing market crumbled the exact scenario has been played out thousands of time across the United States. It played out so often, in fact, that Congress enacted legislation attempting to give renters some foreclosure protection.

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Capricorn

You'll have a fabulous time if you're longing to see what's on offer in the sales, especially if you want to buy yourself some new clothes or cosmetics. However, you won't pay much attention to how much you're spending, and may even deliberately avoid thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and don't go overboard if you can't afford it.
