re read my post jack ass. i never said she was hollaring at people to sit them. she was hollaring across the dinning room at people to come wait on them.
I have a feeling your perfect dining experience involves a lap dance! Dont worry though if it makes money for cove, its coming!

Anyway at there again today for lunch! no complaints!

Also it's "hollering" not "hollaring". If you are going to b*tch and moan, at least try to spell things right!

I have a challenge for you "it sucks": start a thread about one of your favorite places to eat and see what happens! I'm sure many people will feel the same way about your place as you do about BS and will probably have more credible complaints! Come on now, prove you're not a douchebag! I triple dawg dare you!

I went to BS this weekend. It was the second time since it opened. I noticed two major changes from the first time. And I find it a little flip floped. When I first went the place was nice but very plain. So was the food. I think it is good, but I wonder why they seem to refuse to add any seasoning to food there. The waitstaff was fine. So blonde lay was sweet and there was no yelling. Now, I went this weekend. The place looks great. They really have done a great job putting things on the walls. However, that is where I am very sorry to say to niceness stops. The waitstaff seemed tense. The women up front were not very friendly...the blonde lady was not there. As for the food, it was not only tasteless as before, but there was a hair in my food.....TWO OF THEM! Please Bella Sera, work on the food and your staff more and the walls less. The place seemed to be in utter dismay and the tall waiter dude was just being a jerk. I will go back one more time. I hope this time the food has flavor and NO hair, the waitstaff is happier, the women up front are not so grumpy and the blonde lady is back. If not I can say they will not only lose my business, but a lot of the other members of our group that have been going in there.

OK, so I went back to Bella Sera last night. Has anyone else been in there lately? What is going on? The place looks great I admit. They have really done a great job. Sound is even better in there now. Food was just OK though. And what's up with the help? Where is the manager? Did she graduate already and no longer works in there? I sure hope not. The people up frony now are no where near as friendly or as helpful. And it seems like the whole air in there with the shaff has went down. I sure hope the blonde gets back in there and the smiles that used to be.

I went for the first time. It was nice, nice waiter and staff. The bread sticks was really plain. I thought it was going to be garlic sticks. If they start putting garlic on it they will be fine. The other food was ok. I will go back again.

Ok I haven't ate BS in a few weeks but what the heck is going on there? I drove past BS everyday last week and I have to say even I noticed the difference. When it first opened you could always find at least one car in the lot at pretty much any given time, but last week the place was dead. I understand maybe it gets it's crowd after 5:30 but not even 1 car??? Heck I even had my girlfriend call to see if it was even open still. I didn't think BS was all that "bad" the food was very bland, the pizza is NOT all it is made out to be either but it just opened. Give it 6 months and hope they can pick up a couple shakers of seasonings and stick around. Cove really doesn't have alot of different locations to dine at so I am hoping BS is here for good. I hope they make some changes but time will tell.....

I have noticed that there are not as many cars in the parking lot as there were some weeks ago.We have to realize that it was new and some people went to just give it a try. Don't know what the evening traffic is becasue I have not gone by there late in the afternoon or at night. They will do okay, you can't expect a big crowd every day.

Went back this past weekend and ordered a med all meat pizza. Good taste and good amount of chesse, but could use more meat toppings. No commercial tomato base taste compared to the fast food pizza places. So far we have liked going there.

The owners are from Kosovo and Albania. They don't hide it and will tell you. They are Muslim. So are the other family members that own the other two Bella Sera places. There are two brothers that own this one here..one is here on a Visa, the other is being deported this week. He is trying to get back here on a Visa as well. The whole place is run by non Americans. Some are from Kosovo, Albania, Iraq and Mexico. Some don't speak english or are even legal to work here. But they are trying. We will see what happens.

They know. It has been reported. But just like all over the USA, people are working here that shouldn't be and it seems like no one cares. But it seems that the place is not as busy as before. Either the newness has worn off or people just aren't real happy with the place. Time will tell. The food isn't great, but it isn't bad. But it really does need some flavor. Some stuff is very plain. Pizza is usally ok. But if you get too many toppings or a large size it seems to not be cooked all the way in the center. But all in all the pizza is thier best thing. Maybe they should just cut thier losses and open a pizzaria. Just sell pizzas, subs, salads calzones, strombolis and garlic bread sticks. Forget the other foods. Add delivery and bottled sodas. Maybe it would be better. Place has been like a ghost town lately.

We went to Bella Sera this past Wednesday. The service was very efficient, and the food excellent. Had heard good and bad but wanted to try it myself. Normally, we go to Austin for good Italian food, but won't make that drive again now that Bella Sera is here. The cost? Wow! I was surprised at how inexpensive. With a 50% tip the cost was still less than our meal would have been in Austin. Gave complements to the chef, waiter and management.

I'm glad you liked the place. It really does have the a shot of being great. I am also very glad the blonde lady, the manager is back. I asked where she had been when I was last in there and was told she had surgery. Now maybe the little things, even just the very cheerful greetings that everyone was met with will return. Guess my family and I will have to go back this week.

Bella Sera is something that this town needs to give a chance to. I worked there for a few weeks, no I wasn't fired, I had to quit due to personal issuses with my child. The owners over at Bella Sera are GREAT people. They work hard and are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. The food is good too. Maybe since a majority of us Americans live off hamburgers and artery clogging food that we can't appreciate the taste of what BS brought to our community.I hope they stick around. I wish BS- the owners and wifes and staff- the best of luck! Keep your head up and the "kinks" will all iron themselves out!

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Gemini

Mercury will backtrack through your finances over the next few weeks, which isn't a very seasonal thought if you're already well aware that you've overspent this month. Be prepared to do some juggling or to seek expert advice if you're worried about how you're going to cope. You may be kept busy handling inheritance, tax or insurance matters, preparing investment analysis, and allocating funds for the repayment or collection of debts.
