6 day dental has questionable business practices at best. they are excessive and aggressive, especially when it comes to padding their bank accounts. What dentist office that has not even completed the work says, "YOU WILL PAY YOUR BALANCE WHEN YOU RETURN OR WE WILL NOT COMPLETE THE WORK!" That is exactly what was said to me, when I paid thousands of dollars and owed a mere $250.00 in which I refused to write post dated checks for. NOTHING about that place surprises me at all. The grand jury indicted, which means there is probable cause. WHY refuse to give a DNA sample if you are INNOCENT? 6 day dental should be avoided like the plague they are!

There is always a dental assitant or a nurse around, dentist do not sedate patients alone, if they do it is a breach of the standard of care, do not believe this at all, patients make stuff up all the time, trying to get money.........

Does anyone know what the latest on this case is? I think there was a preliminary hearing a few weeks ago. Just curious what the status was.

Wow! There are so many angry people out there. I commend this young lady for coming forward. It is difficult to do. Why are so many being judgemental about this women? For an arrest to be made does not look good for him. It certainly couldn't have been easy for her to come forward. She is putting herself out there for persecution and alienation. Lets just wait and see what happens next. It may not be easy for those that believe in Dr. Page. Lets remember that she is claiming to be the victim here.

And christian family man whose children i babysat cheat on his wife with 3 different women. Dont think just because you know someone they aren't capable of wrong doing. It's not like he's a saint- he was already practicing unethically.
AND Dont slam a girl who was brave enough to tell her story until we know for sure what actually happened. There are so many women who are sexually abused but are too afraid to speak up due to forums like this where people automatically assume she is lying, and all of the publicity that goes along with it. Although she may be lying, I think it's sad to see how many people on here discredit her statement.

A Rusk, Texas dentist was arrested for assault during this same period for roughing up his ex wife and mother. Dumbass didn't give his name to the cops at his own house.

The TSBDE will revoke his license, no matter the sweet deals offered to him to keep it quiet and out of the newspapers.

The legal definition of assault: "An attempt to inflict injury on another, coupled with the evident ability to inflict that injury. No physical injury need result; if touching occurs, that is battery-which the Dr.is allegedly accused of.

I would like to know of the current status of this situation. A few have indicated that a hearing has been held, but no indication of its outcome is noted. Please provide any website information you have, so I can read it for myself. Thanks.

I am a former patient of 6 day Dental and I can assure you they are as unethical and bogus as they come. They overcharged me $450.00 and their excuse for that was "those are just estimates" yet they demand a credit card to bill, then they will repay you the difference, once a month the checks go out from their accountant. The work they did is the worst dental work I have ever had done in my life. Now my crown they put on 2 months ago is leaking, after numerous other problems with it and it is 1/2 the size of my regular teeth. I have been trying to get my x-ray for months now. always an excuse, when my insurance was pending the excuse was " we have 30 days from the date your balance is paid in full to supply them to you". I quote from TX State Board of Dental Examiners Rules and Regulations "Records may not be with held based on past due account for dental care or treatment previously rendered to the patient". I DO NOT AND HAVE NEVER OWED THEM ONE RED CENT, THEY OWED ME MONEY. Office staff are clearly sales oriented and get attitudes once they realize you will not have any more work done by them. I believe they do have quotas to meet. Bottom line, I think that 6 Day would hire a dentist that is of questionable character/rapist. What do you call a company/professional organization that knowingly breaks State laws, over charges patients/gives them interest free loans, does 2nd rate work.

Without question, those who take quotes to the patient ARE expected to meet a certain $$$ amount. Of course, they can only quote the work indicated by the docs.... docs have quotas, for sure. And you can bet on it... the fellow at the head of it all is turning the screws.

This man is my cousin and I have known him all of my life. He would never ever do something like this. He is a good man that only plead to save face for his family and so his children would not have to be drug through the mud. I hate people that want to automatically assume someone is guilty just because they are arrested and even after they plead, it does not always mean that they are guilty .In my opinion, my cousin was used as a scape goat. What the media has done to our family is a crime. Plus, the simple fact is is that when you are under anesthesia, you can hallucinate, or sometimes are not even conscious. Most women are scum bags, They think a guy did this or that. I hope I get picked for the Jury so I can find him not guilty. Another women trying to get money for something that did not happen. If she needs money, she can go stand on harry hines.

I can not believe all that I have read. It was really hard to read all the comments, because I know the man. It has absolutely nothing to do with the profession, and everything to do with the character of Spencer. He would never in any way take advantage of another living being. I know that none of us want to believe that there are people in this world that would make an accusation such as this, and it not be true, but it happens every day. For those of you who don't know him, and after reading all the comments that you made, I wonder, what would people say about you, if someone falsely accused you of a crime. Every single person that has ever known Spencer knows this is a lie. The only people that would make such harsh statements are ones who do not know him. I have found in this life, and especially in this day and age, that people who are really good and decent people, are singled out and demeaned, almost as if we can't handle knowing that someone is just good and decent. Let's have one more class on Criminal Law 101. There are always two sides to every story, and then usually the truth, so why don't you quit being a obvious "man-hater", and automatically believing this young girl, and realize that there is another person involved that has a story too.
