Two face charges of drunk driving in unrelated stops

The following face charges of driving while intoxicated and related offenses: Rachael D. Foster, 44, of 1221 County Route 53, Brasher Falls , was charged Tuesday with felony aggravated DWI, failure to signal and failure to use designated lane when she was stopped on South Raquette River Road in Massena, state police said.
