Cookeville Bi-Lo closing

I grew up in that place. I'll miss it.

Another victim of Wal-Mart.

Another victim of NAFTA. People with no money can not buy food.

It was a good store.A little high,but a good store.
A little good news though,is that rumor has it that it MIGHT be replaced by a Publix!
They are moving into Tennessee and,by the way,have actually moved into 2 locations in Murfreesboro that were formally Bi-Lo's.

PUBLIX RULES!!!!!

Just opened a Publix in Lebanon I heard. Maybe Cookeville will be next!

Wal-Mart doesn't care who they put out of Business, I work for them almost 2 years, I've seen it happen. Wal-Mart not Cheap.

They have 7 stores in Chattanooga, doesn't that you something, they just do not care.

Publix is a higher priced store than Wal Mart. Publix is a good store but there prices are really high. Yes they have put Publix in Murfreesboro and they are in the richy apart of the BORO.

I wonder what will happen for the McMinnville BiLo?

I bet in due time it will close also, I bet a Publix comes here to. Personally I do not think a Publix would survive here but what do I know. It is just my opinion and I'm in titled to an opinion.
