I find it so amusing the fact that there is not one single business supporting this but pirate parade. Also, I heard that PETA was protesting this event due to the inhumane treatment of the animals in the show! Between them and Westboro Baptist, the side show will get more attention than the 10 people at the fest.

Matthew C22, V36-37

36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
37 Jesus replied:“‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it:‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Why don't you guys support them even if you dont agree with them. Yes, they may be abominations - but how does God judge you if you treat one of his children like crap?

As usual a bunch of stool pushers get into another thread and think they are on topic, these kind of people can't get along with anyone. What businesses will be there? that was the topic, do you idiots need more of an explanation?

And, as usual as well, the Bible thumpers are out in droves. They can't get along with anyone either. Still need a list of businesses posted.

Dan Savage's Half-Assed Apology for "Pansy-Assed" Remarks
Homosexuality & the Bible speech landed him in hot water
2 hrs ago by Dain Fitzgerald

Outspoken sex columnist Dan Savage is at it again, this time taking on Christianity at a conference of young journalists in Seattle last week. But what's earned him the scorn of a host of commentators were his words aimed at a group of exiting spectators, whom he suggested were "pansy-assed" for walking out on him.

im not taking either side, but christians you are doing a HORRIBLE job trying to defend Jesus and God.Your making all of us look bad. You are breeding HATE, and playing God. You all need to stop, and have faith in your maker, if you really believe in him why cant you turn your problems over to him and let him handle them. He flat out tells you to do this in the bible. Quit being so selfish, give it to God. Trust me he does ALOT better job than any of you. He would NOT want this. It's very very sad, what christians have become, and how they breed hate, atleast from what i see the ones on here do...you know a sin is a sin, i bet you all go to church with liars, aldulters, and gluttoners...do you treat them like this too???

it just breaks my heart to see all the hate on here among people who are suppose to be showing unconditional love. If it hurts me I cant imagine how it makes my heavenly father feel.

The posters on here who oppose this travesty are not "hating" anyone.

Once and for all, it's the perverted lifestyle the gays have which is the sin, and that is what true Christians hate -- SIN.

You are correct that if a Christian hates gay people they are going against what Christ taught. But it is entirely appropriate for them to protest this outrage and the filthy behavior these people indulge in.

To schedule an event where people caught up in this sort of depraved sin is celebrated is offensive to anyone who believes the Bible and there is nothing wrong with expressing our opinion that such a public show of immorality is repulsive.

That's the way many of us feel, and we are through rolling over and playing dead when you people flaunt your perversion and insist we accept it.

We will NOT. Not now, not ever. And neither will God, as He does not change.

. I'm tired of you holy rollers knocking on my door trying to get me to come to your church. I'm in my home trying to relax and eating dinner when ding-dong, hetero's one of you Christians bothering me. I rather have gays or any other lifestyle group have their day at a park I don't have to go to. So when you Christians quit lying about hating sin (what a joke, you're the biggest sinners of all, you can rule everyone else.

Could you come up with anything other than this sad tall tale. It's very rare that any church goers go knocking on doors anymore. Hate all you want, try not to look like such a fool while doing it!

Was a nerve struck? They were at my door last weekend, but somehow you knew they weren't? Believe me I don't want them at my door and even with a sign of no soliciting it doesn't matter. So get the stick out because it is not a sad tall tale brainiac. You probably got all beside yourself because you and your little churchie friends do this. A neighborhood with houses close together are easy for these people to go door to door. Nice job on looking Christ-like.

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Aquarius

In complete contrast to yesterday, you have your head screwed on firmly today. Yet you won't be boringly sensible or drearily practical, so there's no danger of you having turned into a dry old stick overnight. It's a good day for keeping track of important details and processes, such as confirming a forthcoming appointment or filling in a form and then making a copy of it before sending it off.
