The Whole Wall! Kansas is home to ten Carnegie Libraries that did not cost the voters and taxpayers one cent.

The Whole Wall in Concordia is an example of the lack of community care for these buildings donated by Mr. Andrew Carnegie. The library building in Concordia has been so historically mutilated that the building can never be registered on the National Historical Register.
The Wall is a hoax and a publicity stunt that has been conceived in the minds of Dana Brewer, Attorney and his co-dependent supporters. Dana has lots of problems including the Cloud County Community College. However the lack of the ability to spend under $200.00 to protect the original iron work on the front of the building is beyond all of the spending that the economic manic surger has created again.

The abuse of those who have been in Cloud County for several generations by those who have flown in on the coattails of the Thunderbird Hotel/Casino logo is the most outstanding feature of the entire Concordia scene today.

For instance, Mr. Kirk Lowell, a manic/depressive personality, has conceded that he has brought to the County now one-half billion dollars in business and another 500,000,000 that his wife's bank has helped with. ta=da.

The whole wall is marvel that only those who have deranged egos can enjoy.

I am very disappointed that no one has in the last four weeks stepped forward here on this blog to prevericate how they are going to do some slashing of tires. So is my new insurance agent here in Republic County and his bosses in New York!

Please, if you are banking on the Whole Wall and the fact that the front of the Carnegie Library can be helped with less than $200.00 fix-up, step forward and be counted we want to hear from you asap and will transport your if necessary so you will have transportation to and from your present work.

To bored in belleville--have you contacted the Jimmie Blecha's recently. They love to have cocktails with you at the Belleville Country Club and discuss with you tax exemption for the wife's car. She is a little German dumpling and runs the North Central Kansas Free Fair Baking Contest and has lost almost all of the participates in the Baking Contest except her really, really dear friends and relatives and my husband's.

Another boring evening MC person is the Switzer's who are intimately involved in the Republic 'County Economic Development Foundation and Republic County Economic Development Plans.
However they could not develop a 300,000 sq. ft. Hills Nutritional Plant for Republic/Cloud County.

Okay. I read the article in the Salina Journal and I have no idea what your rant about the project or your attack on the named individuals is about. You may be the "deranged" one.

I happen to know the person who wrote the first 3 comments, and boy, Citizen, you got it. She IS most certainly deranged. She was once locked up but they had to let her go because they closed the facility. Pay absolutely no attention to what she says. Ten libraries in Concordia donated by Andrew Carnegie? I wonder if the Carnegies know that. She's just po'd because she used to volunteer at the museum and they kicked her out. She was also kicked out of the Chamber office, the Community College, etc. etc. They need to lock her up and throw away the key. Are you listening, Arlene?
