Hi BF,

I know you are well intentioned and I sincerely do not mean to put you on the spot.........but..

I remember when Renny Cushing's dad was shot to death while sitting in his living room. It sent shock waves through my hometown community. Learning it was a police officer who worked with his dad and a neighbor who had a longstanding grudge was difficult on us all.

Renny has contributed a great deal in honor of his father's memory over the past 21 years through his activism, advocacy, and as a state representative.

I am hoping this new law is adopted by more than just three states in the coming years.

Respectfully - A fellow Hamptonite

Does this mean that the Dow case is still considered an "open case"?

How? Why? At the time that Streltzin made that comment, I thought that the case had already been closed? Hadn't it been reported as closed? As an accident?

I have a few questions for anyone who can answer.

This new Law/Ruling has to have a Title..other
than "keeps murder case liars on the hook"...
What would/could that be?

And, does anyone know which other NH Newspapers
carried this AP information? I tried to search
and was unable to find it. More specifically, were there Grafton County NH area Newspapers that carried it?

And, lastly...just for the immediate sorta kinda
discussions ie: Maura, Patric, Tom....would/could
the past witness statements/questioning/interro gations, whatever they are called, be done again, with the above
law/ruling being made known to them. In other words, starting January 1, 2010 could Joe Smith
be questioned again about an incident, with a
"Miranda type" statement that now s/he better
be honest and forthcoming ...or else...?

I try to be optimistic...the above, coupled with
the new Cold Case Unit gives me hope that perhaps
more criminal cases of murdered/missing will be
solved. And, a Polly Anna attitude, that it will
maybe/perhaps curtail further crimes of any nature. Perhaps even the riffraff rabble petty
criminals will think twice...???

Au contraire. Kingcast has all the answers. Serious like a heart attack. Kingcast.

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Sagittarius

After all the excitement of the past few days you're longing for the chance to put your feet up and take life easy for a while. Ideally, you should bury your nose in a good book and be left alone until you resurface for a food transfusion. But you'll also enjoy chatting to someone you know very well and for whom you don't have to make a big effort, such as a close relative.
