I honestly feel like nothing is getting done with Riley around. Word on the streets is he's not too good to his deputies and I have a little problem with that. I think you need a good relationship with those you're working with if you're a "leader." David Graham wants to implement some change. He's actually listening to the concerns of locals...I don't feel like Riley gives a damn about his locals. It's a popularity contest for him and Graham takes the time to talk to individuals. He at least pretends to care if anything. And notice how Grahams billboards are mysteriously getting ripped down but Riley's are in good shape. Nothing suspicious about that at all. I feel there is corruption in the department with Riley as Sheriff and I think I'd feel safer with Graham. That's my opinion and I'm sticking with it.

I can see it in the way he holds himself, walks, walks past concerning citizens who would like to speak with him on issues....as he ignores them and refuses to listen to anything that may counter act his ideas. He doesn't want to do the job...he wants the title.

DUH!!! Who allocates the funds dipstick? DUH! Try to have some idea what you are talking about before you speak.
