Harrisburg glad to have license plate office again

When the Harrisburg License Plate Agency closed down in June 2012 it sent many customers scattering to the Concord and Charlotte offices anytime they needed a title transfer or renew their registration.

Yay! So glad to have it back. Hated the lines in Concord. Love to keep businesses in Harrisburg.
