New Lead In New Bedford Murder Case

First of all god rest the deceased and my prayers are out for her and her family. John Loflin is my uncle and there is no hard evidence linking him to this, they say dna, but this dna is not the evidence of the cause of death. Marlene Rose was strangled and brutally beaten to the left side of her face. The dna they got on my uncle is saliva, that just places him with her, that does not mean he murdered her. I hate to term this like this because the woman is deceased and she does deserve justice but she was a prostitute, how many people was she with that night, how many other peoples dna was on this woman that they are not bringing out to the public, my uncle had a prior on his rapsheet that involved a prostitute, and the truth there is they had consensual sex, she robbed him for his wallet and or cash and he tried to get it back,she managed to get out of the car and ran straight towards a police officer crying rape. My uncle got arrested and that prostitute got away with his personal belongings. My uncle never tried to run from this case, he appeared in court several times and she never showed, the case was thrown out. Now the case of Marlene Rose has been a cold case for 8 years now my uncle has the best prior on his rapsheet out of all the suspects, to point the finger at. I hate to say it but that is pretty unbeleivable that only one persons dna was found on her,(she was a prostitute)!!!!!!!!! people!!!!! This is a bogus charge on my uncle and the detectives know it, they are in Tennessee fishing around and asking about things that do not even pertain to this case, they are asking about people that do not even pertain to this case, but the people they are asking about do have rapsheets, but nothing even close to a crime as is pertaining to this case. They are looking for a PLAN BBBBBBBBBBB!!!!!!!!!!

Let me end this with saying lets not forget about the whole reason this story is taking place and that is the life of Marlene Rose and her family. May she rest in peace and prayers are out for her family.

Rose was a prostitute? Your Uncle that you are so proud of has a separate charge of rape. Why wasn't he listed on the National Sex Offenders List? Your Uncle IS a RAPIST AND MURDERER! AND YOU'RE PROUD OF THAT?!! I suggest you do more research on DNA. While you're at it work on your English spelling and grammar.
