Ok I just watched this on youtube and she's an idiot. I don't feel sorry for her at all. This is really embarrassing and the footage only helps the police.So when she loses her case she should thank hoodnews LOL...She is clearly resisting and I know when I can't breathe that includes not being able to talk yet alone scream and form sentences. I use to live in Long Beach and its full of gay and this is the first time I heard someone complaining about gay discrimination coming from the police. She should have kept her sausage fingers to herself if she didn't want any problems.

How can we as Americans continue at the rate we are going? One thing my Dad told me in his days of life is one hand washes the other. This didn't mean much to me, I was sixteen at the time. But as I have become a man this ever rings true. I really understand what that means. Treat others as you wish to be treated. I am not a religious man but I do believe in GOD as the almighity. We as a species are on the road to extinction to the way of life we have all become accustum. I do very well for my family and wish to continue to live the life that I have worked very hard to provide for my wife and three babies. But I am worried that this life will not continue for them as I have fought to provide for them. Please, something has to be done about the rising gas prices and the careless job loss we face in this country. I am not a proud man but concerned about what my babies have to work towards. Please tell me where we are going.

If you don't know what started it, as in why the police were on the bus or stopped the bus, how can you be sure they handled it wrong? Are you a cop? Loud disruptive behavior on a public bus can get the cops called on you. When they show up, you have some options. She chose poorly.

The bus has video and the entire incident is on tape. Don't assume the officers were in the wrong. They dont board buses without a good reason. Everything I saw on the "hood news" tape puts the fault clearly on the broad shoulders of the arrested woman.

They would have spent their time much more wisely if they'd videotaped themselves dogging black men who have children they don't want, and skip out on the kids without paying child support. That is much more of a tangible effort to fix the failure of american black culture in general, and black men in particular, and would be much more productive than harassing police officers into arresting them for acting like ghetto trash.
They have to understand that they can't "win" anything by trying to pull the ghetto version of Rosa Parks in 2008.
A world where fat black women can flip off policeman with no following confrontation is a world most of us do NOT want to live in.
Only ghetto women would decide that they created the right scenario to bring about any sympathy from anyone but their ghetto cohorts.
