It is legal to assemble......it is also legal to protest.....if.....one does so in an orderly manner and their actions "DO NOT INTERFERE" with the operation of the business in question.
Now......having said that,I ask you:
Do you think the protesters at the Lyons Den in Uniontown stepped way over the line when they started harassing the customers, taking their pictures and license plates #'s for blackmail purposes ??
There is such a law that protects the right to conduct business for businesses in this type of situation and I have been wondering for a long time why they haven't yet enforced it...hmmmm
I see (2) people have shared their opinions here.....what do YOU think?

Well if you read the article the protesters have cost the bussiness $300,000, so I would say that that is interfearing with daily operations of the bussiness. These idiots need to get a life like helping the homeless or something along those lines. Morons is what they are!

If it is ok for them to do this to the perverted, then the same should apply to the extremely perverse... going to the bath house or gay bar.

I sure hope they dont start this at Pricilla's, "where fun and fantasy meet". Of course, I would not care if they took my plate number or my picture. Dont go there or do it if you are ashamed of it! If they dont go and sales drop then the protester win.

A couple things.. first of all, the lions den can say they are losing 300,000 a year.. but to anyone in this area, that is not believable.. they are in uniontown for God's sakes. As for the protesters, they can say that they are peaceful all they want, they cause confrontation. I originally had no problem with the protesters being there. Their business if they want to sit there 24 hours a day. But then a couple weeks ago I went to war-line.org and on this site, there were pics of people in the gas station parking lot across the road. I wrote to warline about this issue. They responded that the people were not in the gas station parking lot. But I'm not blind, I could see where they were..This made me start looking as I went past. In the last 2 weeks I have seen one of the protesters jump on the side of a truck as it went by.. then day before yesterday I saw two protesters, one with binoculars and one with a camera, BOTH in the direction of the gas station. THere was no one around except the people coming and going to the gas station and my husband and I in our car. If you want to protest, do it, but do it in a respectful manner. Be the Christians you profess to be and stop confronting people and then putting their pics on a website that says very unchristian things about people, including calling them child molestors. YES, there have been pictures put on there with captions calling people child molestors.

Can't argue with an eyewitness. Sounds like the protesters are begging for violence. It would bring more attention to them.

I think going into one of those shops is a personal decision. I go to church most every Sunday, and consider myself a Christian, but my husband and I enjoy a healthy sex life to be frank, and we visit some of these type stores for clothing items and other things. We don't purchase porn nor do we buy videos or any of that. We get things we use for personal time. Is it right or wrong to go in there? I honestly cannot answer for another person. I can and I CANNOT see each side's POV.

I think someone needed to buy these clowns a few of the toys that are inside...maybe they could lighten up, take a toy break and go have a cigarette.

Stupid loser protesters. They think they're making a difference. They are such hypocrites. One man in particular likes to preach out front, yet in his bathroom at home has all kinds of porn rags under his toliet tank lid. It disgusts me. Some of them rant and rave at the front door, then quietly slip in the back.

GET LIVES YOU LOSERS and stop getting off on taking pictures. You all are terrible people who make fools of yourselfs. You all must like porn in some way or you wouldn't get off on taking so many photographs. You are filthy minded perverts who think all who go into an ADULT minded shop are rejects like you.

I have to laugh when I see big fat men and women running like cows to get up their little steeple and stick the camera over the fence to snap snap snap away.

YOU ARE JOKES. Maybe we should start taking pictures of you and posting them online. Isn't war-line.org illegal????

I think that is absolutely necessary to close these porn shops. Our children go by there everyday, and the negative influence to their young lives is irreparable. Our children can peek through the doors of the porn distributors shop and see disgusting acts on magazines and DVD's. I am going to start a crusade to stop this filth!

The other day I looked on warline and guess what was there.. a male with his little tallywhacker hanging out.. so.. the protesters are protesting porn by putting naked pictures of people on the internet? That makes sense to me. The guy in the picture was showing his mentality by the act.. but the protesters were showing even less intelligence by using their zoom lens to capture it. I have never been in the shop, have no intentions of going in the shop..don't like the fact that it is there.. but I have come to believe that the protesters are causing more problems than the store.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Sagittarius

Mercury turning retrograde in your house of finances carries a rather unseasonal message, because it's telling you to pay attention to your finances over the next few weeks. If you already know that you've overspent this month, you won't need to be told that a few economies are just around the corner. Get the facts straight and pay attention to the small print. You may also have to make some adjustments to an intimate relationship so it can move into another phase.
