When will they be available and what is the price of the locks?

ALSO it was in the paper that the cops recovered lots of items but no arrest, how is that possible and any guesses as who is doing it?

Hello Ted, I'm not really sure when the Locks will be available but the price will be around $169. My problem is Financial. It takes a fair amount of money to mass produce anything. I actually have now put my U.S. Patent for sale on my site. If someone else can produce them an afford the marketing then at least they will become available to protect the public.
