All that says is the CBO says it COULD cost twice as much as touted, which is what I said in my post.
COULD cost twice as much is a far cry from IS three times as expensive.
I don't even need to go over cost versus expense.

If you have indeed read the entire Quran (along with taking instruction on it's interpretation), and not just taken these quotes from some Anti-Muslim site, you would know these quotes were taken out of context.
Just as I can find individual quotes from the bible that condones stoning and killing of non-believers.
Just as we regard certain parts of the bible to have been written for different times (particularly the Old Testament), certain teachings of the Quran are thought of the same way.
Yes there are Muslim sects that take these writings literal, just as there are Christian sects that still take the old Testament as literal.
However most modern Muslims only regard those teachings as historical.
